This abandoned dog named Angelica, was waiting in a remote cemetery for several weeks for someone to rescue her; her old family left her there and they never looked for her again. She had to learn to fend for herself to survive; He urgently needed help and luckily he got it.

Eldad Agar from Hope For Paws told The Dodo :

“One of the employees working at the cemetery saw Angelica and while searching for help, he came across our Hope For Paws animal rescue organization and contacted us. He told us that Angelica was abandoned there more than a month ago.

Eldad and Lisa Arturo went to the cemetery to rescue Angelica, and when they got there, they realized that it was not going to be a complicated situation, because she was completely ready to be rescued.

Angelica was a bit nervous at first and hid in some bushes, but after seeing that they were reliable people and they provided her with food, Angelica began to approach and after a while she gave them her full confidence.

Eldad said:

«Lisa approached calmly, Angelica immediately gave up and you could see the relief in her eyes. Seven minutes after rescuing Angelica, she was already in my car.

After living so long in solitude, she was finally safe and happy. Angelica was taken to the animal rescue organization Rescue From The Hart.

She is currently being cared for in a scogida home while she finds a permanent one where she will receive all the love she deserves.
