Students from Marble Falls High School in Texas build dog houses and donate them to shelters, this beautiful initiative was born when instructor Leonard Venghaus explained to his students about the construction of houses to scale.
One of the students suggested creating dog houses, and the instructor was impressed and immediately supported his student’s suggestion.
They immediately began the construction of these custom booths.

After some sections, the students already had several colorful houses and decided to visit the ” Living Love Animal Rescue ” in Marble Falls, to donate their houses and also participated as volunteers and shared with the local dogs, giving them pampering and lots of love.
The community is pleasantly surprised by the initiative of these children, who transformed what they learn in class into a great initiative to help.
A few months ago, children from a school in California volunteered similarly and donated houses to dogs who lost their homes during a wildfire.
Knowing that children find empathy in actions that offer a higher quality of life and well-being to many homeless animals deserves to be highlighted and supported.
